Cirque Du Soleil Presents: Kà Live at The MGM Grand

Opening in 2005 at the MGM Grand and still playing to this day, Kà has captivated over 1 million spectators. Different then most of the other abstract shows, Kà has a somewhat straight forward story about two imperial twins who become separated and must fight their way to regain each other. The performance uses two large moveable stages on hydraulic lifts which change position during the show. It has a cast of over 300 performers and incorporates several acrobatic stunts and martial arts. The visuals and paintings are heavily influenced by Korean, Japanese, and Chinese culture and the soundtrack, performed by an off stage band, adds to the emotion of every scene.
