TheĀ Jonas Brothers [ tickets ] have altered the routing of their upcoming “Jonas Brothers Live In Concert” tour, canceling a few U.S. dates while adding others to the road trip, and tacking on a South American leg.

The teen-pop superstars will kick off the North American portion of the excursion with an Aug. 7 show in the Chicago area. The two-month outing now includes a few two-night runs in cities such as Holmdel, NJ (8/16-17), Mansfield, MA (8/25-26) and Toronto (9/2-3). The 25-city Canada/U.S. tour wraps up Sept. 19 in Irvine, CA.
In new routing, the brothers have rescheduled some dates and canceled others. Among the canceled stops: St. Paul (9/8), Atlanta (10/14), Orlando (10/12) and Raleigh, NC (10/16). Ticketholders are asked to return to the point of purchase for refunds.
The award-winning group will head across the border for three October shows in Mexico, followed by a string of South American gigs. The full schedule, including international dates, is shown at right.
A European leg, with shows in the U.K., France, Spain and Italy, will be announced in the coming weeks, according to a press release.
The Jonas Brothers are promoting the July 20 release of “Jonas L.A.,” a 10-song soundtrack from the first season of their Disney Channel original series of the same name, as well as the Aug. 10 unveiling of the “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” soundtrack. Songs from the band’s 2009 chart-topping studio effort “Lines, Vines and Trying Times,” are also expected to make the tour’s setlist.
